Coatzin Coaching & Mentoring was born from a powerful question: What if we could support others based on our own experiences, lessons learned, and feelings?
Coatzin Coaching & Mentoring was born from a quest: to understand how people can grow authentically, without losing their essence.
For over a decade, I worked leading projects, teams, and strategies in corporate environments. I learned about data, processes, and structures. But behind all of that, I discovered the most important thing: that all real transformation begins with people.
That certainty led me to change course. To move from directing projects to guiding processes. From measuring results to listening to stories. And so, step by step, Coatzin was born, a space where human development is experienced with depth, respect, and purpose.
I began by offering support based on my own experience, as a mentor. Over time, I discovered professional coaching as a more human way to guide change: not through answers, but through questions; not through direction, but through presence. I trained, became certified, and understood that my role wasn't to teach, but to support others in their journey to find their own path.
Thus was born Coatzin Coaching & Mentoring, the division dedicated to supporting individuals, leaders, and teams who want to move forward with clarity, balance, and purpose. A space where coaching, mentoring, and training come together to facilitate processes of self-awareness, growth, and conscious action.
We are driven by the desire for each person to remember who they are, reconnect with what gives them meaning, and act from their authenticity. We believe that change is not a destination, but a process: a journey undertaken with presence, confidence, and curiosity.

I am Aitor Farragut, founder of Coatzin.
For over 10 years I've led teams, managed data, and directed projects in large organizations. But behind every strategy, every process, there was always something deeper: people who wanted to move forward, grow, and reconnect with their purpose.
I began by offering guidance based on my own experience, as a mentor. Then I discovered coaching as a powerful tool for transformation, not only professionally, but also personally. I trained, became certified, and created space to integrate both dimensions: that of someone who has walked a path, and that of someone who knows how to support another's process without directing it.
The name Coatzin comes from Nahuatl and means "venerated serpent." The serpent represents change, renewal, the constant cycle of letting go to grow. In many cultures, it also symbolizes wisdom. Coatzin is, therefore, a tribute to that part of us that knows how to change, but also to accompany the change of others with respect and awareness.
Today, Coatzin is more than a name: it's a place. A place of pause, clarity, and evolution. A space where we invite you to remember who you are, reimagine who you can be, and reconnect with what gives meaning to your path.
